It's important to wait for the hot ash to cool down naturally; do not attempt to put it out with water, as this can cause peeling and rust due to the heat expansion and contraction. The whitening phenomenon after burning is a normal reaction. Do not force the cleaning process, as this can damage the product surface and cause paint peeling. Please wait for natural cooling before cleaning the soot.
